Google debuts 'Instant' search

Google search Instant start 'So all the fuss was about: the latest tweak of Google for its search engine - announced over the last two days with the odd logo changes homepage of the company - you can see results of research before finally typing a query.
Instant Google is the next logical extension of the "auto-search engine" feature, which suggests search queries matching what you've typed so far. It is also a vaguely scary statement about our line 'collective attention - and how many Google applications for our interests.

It works like this: If you are connected to Google and run a modern browser (Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later, Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, Apple's Safari 5 and version 5 or later Google Chrome) and start typing a Application on the Google homepage, the site displays links to your search after typing the first letter.
For example, typing in "w" has led to links showing current weather for the district. The revision and extension of this request for "wa" Google is to highlight the links to Wal-Mart, "" gave links to the properties of the Post Web. (These results, like Google's regular results are tailored to a signature location of users, a friend in Portland, Oregon, tweeted that "k" has provided information on one of television stations in the city, while here he directed me to pages about King's Dominion.)
Instant reluctant so far to provide extracts of objectionable content. Try to enter more than the first half of a common word four letters beginning with "f" caused Google to stop suggesting links.
The Mountain View, Calif., seems quite proud of the time instant Google can save, boasting that this option saves the researcher on average two to five seconds for each search. "
I hope this does not become the primary point of sale instant - unless we have really become a race-info hamsters, running ever faster on our exercise wheels.
Moment seems more interesting when seen as a way to turn a search into a conversation: You type a query, see what Google offers for a game, then review, verify his suggestions again, revising others, and so on. Except that instead of having to click the Back button several times, everything that happens on a page.
But to get a benefit from this option (you can disable it with a link to the right of the search box), some of the most frequent users of Google will have to break old habits.Instant does not work in the search boxes that provide browsers as a shortcut for Web requests. Google will need several months to extend instant there - and its mobile search site.
If you are not connected to Google, you can not see instant for another couple of days, and users in other countries will have to wait longer.
But if the snapshot is available for you, give it a try and let me know what you think. It was worth the buildup to the mysterious announcement? Sounds like something you've been waiting for? And for extra credit: How many strikes does it take before Instant produces a link to information relevant to your topic?
